By downloading, installing, or using the Petris application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Petris for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the application without prior written permission.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Petris only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the application or servers connected to it.
4. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application; using automated means to interact with the app; impersonating any person or entity; uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
5. In-App Purchases
Petris may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (Google Play or Apple App Store). All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the respective platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, user interface, scripts, and other materials in Petris are owned by or licensed to Petris and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Petris is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petris and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
